The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations 

This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) applies to any legal, contractual, commercial, or employment relationship involving customers, suppliers, users, employees, and other third parties whose personal data is processed by PREFLEX S.A.S.

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Regulatory Decree 1074 of 2015, and our internal Personal Data Protection Policy, PREFLEX S.A.S. informs you that any personal data provided during the course of commercial or contractual activities will be processed through technical, physical, and administrative security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

PREFLEX S.A.S., a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Colombia and domiciled in Bogotá D.C., municipality of Soacha, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through its different communication and commercial channels: I) From these people their information is collected to offer them existing and new products, make them aware of special offers and services related to our corporate purpose. II) Likewise, this information is collected to monitor and campaigns for customer loyalty, promotion and advertising marketing. In the case of our employees: I) This information is collected to look at the turnover of employees within the company, II) To inform them of decisions that concern them with respect to the company and III) The functions that they perform within it. IV) For sociodemographic studies for promotion and prevention activities from the health and safety system at work V) Sociodemographic studies for welfare activities VI) Statistics requested in analysis of the Company's population VII) To respond to any legal requirement. In the case of Suppliers: I) This information is collected for accounting, financial and commercial purposes, II) For informational, marketing and sales purposes, III) Commercial performance. In the case of creditors: I) This information is collected for accounting and financial purposes II) To classify debts and prioritize them. In the case of employees-customers: I) This information is collected to identify which people within the company acquire the products, fill out the records that are necessary. In the case of customers – suppliers: I) This information is collected for accounting purposes II) For handling special discounts III) Sending of special information. In the case of customers – creditors: I) This information is collected for accounting purposes II) Sending of special information.

By accepting this notice, I expressly, freely, and unequivocally authorize PREFLEX S.A.S. to process the personal data provided by me for the purposes described herein. I declare that I am the owner of the information supplied in this form and that the personal data provided has been submitted voluntarily and is complete, accurate, truthful, and up to date.

Any process related to the processing of personal data, including the handling of requests, inquiries, and claims related to the matters described above, will be coordinated and supervised by the Compliance Officer.
