PREFLEX S.A.S. ETHICS LINE


The Preflex Ethics Line is a confidential and anonymous communication channel created to allow stakeholders of PREFLEX S.A.S. to report any suspicious behavior or activity considered unethical or contrary to the law. This includes, among others, fraud, corruption, bribery, money laundering, and terrorist financing involving shareholders, employees, contractors, suppliers, or any other related parties within the organization.

Reasons for Ethics and Transparency Complaints

  • Acceptance of gifts, favors, invitations, trips, payments, or other benefits that may influence business or operational decisions for the direct or indirect benefit of the person granting them.
  • Situations involving conflicts of interest.
  • Business practices contrary to the interests of the Company. 
  • Abuse of authority or position by administrators, officers, or employees for personal benefit.
  • Situations involving disloyalty to the organization. 
  • Misuse of confidential information.
  • Misappropriation or improper use of company assets. 
  • Falsification of contracts, reports, or records.
