PREFLEX S.A.S. ETHICS LINE


The Preflex Ethics Line is a confidential and anonymous communication channel created to allow Preflex S.A.S. stakeholders to report any suspicious behavior or activity they consider unethical or contrary to the law, including fraud, corruption, bribery, money laundering, and terrorist financing, among others, involving any member of the organization, including shareholders, employees, contractors, suppliers, and other interested parties.

Causes for ethics and transparency complaints

  • Accept gifts, favors, invitations, trips, payments and in general perks that may influence their business and operational decisions, for the direct or indirect benefit of the person who grants them.
  • Situations involving conflicts of interest.
  • Business practices against the interests of the Company
  • Misuse of the position of director, officer, or employee of the Company for personal benefit.
  • Acts of disloyalty toward the Organization.
  • Improper use of confidential information.
  • Appropriation or misuse of company assets
  • Falsification of contracts, reports or records
