The Preflex Ethics Line is a confidential and anonymous communication channel that allows Preflex S.A.S. stakeholders to report any suspicious behavior or activity they consider unethical or contrary to the law, including, among others, fraud, corruption, bribery, money laundering, and terrorist financing committed by any member of the Organization, including shareholders, employees, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Reasons for Ethics and Transparency Complaints

  • Accepting gifts, favors, invitations, trips, payments, or other benefits that may influence business or operational decisions for the direct or indirect benefit of the person offering them.
  • Situations involving conflicts of interest.

  • Business practices that are contrary to the interests of the Company.

  • Abuse of one's position as an administrator, officer, or employee of the Company for personal benefit.
  • Situations involving disloyalty to the organization. 
  • Misuse of confidential information.
  • Misappropriation or improper use of company assets. 
  • Falsification of contracts, reports, or records.
