Water-based white adhesive for barrel lining processes

Premacol 30, formerly known as Preflex M30, is a white water-based adhesive formulated for paneling processes on dry wood with a moisture content of up to 12%. It is recommended for the manufacture of doors, panels, and interior furniture.

Technical Specifications:

• Long open time and short press time: Facilitates the adjustment of parts before drying and allows for optimized production with press times of approximately 20 minutes.
• High fiber tear in dry wood: Allows for firm and resistant adhesion in wood with low moisture content.
• Manual and machine application: Its viscosity allows for versatile use with a brush, roller, spatula, applicator, or gluing machine.

Recommended substrates:

• Natural woods such as pine, spruce, and other softwoods
• Plywood boards (Triplex®)
• Chipboard such as MDF and MDP
