White Water-Based Adhesive for Hollow-Core Door Manufacturing

Premacol 30, formerly known as Preflex M30, is a white water-based adhesive developed for hollow-core (drummed) door manufacturing processes in dry wood with a moisture content of up to 12%. It is recommended to produce doors, panels, and interior furniture.

Technical Features:

• Long Open Time and Short Press Time: Facilitates component adjustment before drying and optimizes production with press times of approximately 20 minutes.
• High Fiber Tear Strength in Dry Wood: Provides strong and durable bonding in low-moisture wood substrates.
• Versatile Application: Suitable for manual application using brush, roller, or spatula, as well as for use with gluing equipment.

Recommended substrates:

• Natural woods such as pine, spruce and other softwoods
• Plywood (Triplex®)
• Engineered wood (MDF and MDP)
