Water-based white glue for carpentry and paneling

Premacol 40, formerly known as Preflex Madera, is a water-based adhesive designed for general carpentry and paneling processes. Its formulation offers a long open time, facilitating the alignment and fixing of pieces in the manufacture of doors and paneled boards.

Technical Specifications:

• Rapid development of wet adhesive strength: Keeps parts in place while the product dries.
• Long open time: Allows adhesive to be applied to several pieces of wood without drying before bonding.
• Easy application: Can be applied manually with a spatula, brush, roller, applicator, or gluing machine.
• Minimum pressing time of 40 minutes: Variable depending on temperature and humidity.

• Medium-density natural woods (pine, ebony, cypress)
