Pink Water-Based Adhesive for High-Demand Wood Assemblies

Premacol 50 is a water-based adhesive developed for demanding assembly applications in hardwoods with a moisture content of up to 18%. Its high strength and rapid strength development make it suitable for furniture manufacturing and wooden structures. It can be applied manually using an applicator, spatula, brush, or roller.

Technical Features:

• Fast Strength Development: Keeps assembled components firmly in place from the early stages of bonding.
• Short Pressing Time: Requires approximately 25 minutes of pressing, optimizing production efficiency.

Recommended substrates:

• Hardwoods such as grenadillo, oak, teak and sapán
• Engineered wood panels (MDF and MDP)
• High Pressure Laminates (Formica®)
