OBJECTIVE OF THE CODE OF ETHICS
The purpose of this Code of Ethics is to provide all members of the organization and interested parties with guidelines for conduct and decision making based on the corporate values of PREFLEX S.A.S. It also seeks to provide guidance and support tools for situations that may deviate from the expected standards of behavior for members of the organization and those who interact with it.

Our Code of Ethics must be continuously communicated throughout the organization. It is the responsibility of all employees, especially Vice Presidents, Managers, Directors, and Heads of departments and business units, to lead by example and promote ethical conduct as an essential part of daily operations at PREFLEX.
SCOPE
This Code applies to all employees, shareholders, members of the Board of Directors, contractors, and suppliers of goods and services to PREFLEX S.A.S. All parties are expected to understand, adopt, and comply responsibly and consciously with the principles, values, and ethical guidelines established herein.
