Reporting Channels

PREFLEX has established the following channels to allow customers, employees, suppliers, contractors, shareholders, community members, and other stakeholders to report any inappropriate, suspicious, or unethical conduct involving direct or indirect collaborators of the organization. All reports are handled confidentially, protecting the identity of the reporting party.

1.    Through the PREFLEX website, interested parties may access the Ethics Line link to report situations that may constitute improper or unethical practices.

2.    Reports may also be submitted via email at lineaetica@preflex.com.co. To submit a report, it is sufficient to provide accurate and specific information. Supporting evidence is not required, as the company is responsible for conducting the corresponding verification and investigation processes.

3.    If a report or complaint has been submitted and the reporting party believes it has not been properly addressed, the matter may be escalated to the Human Resources Management Directorate, which is responsible for monitoring the case and ensuring the appropriate follow up process.
