  • We maintain professional relationships based on respect and fair competition with our competitors. PREFLEX does not tolerate participation in agreements, collusion practices, price fixing, or any form of anti-competitive conduct. 
     
  • Our products comply with the quality standards offered to our customers. 
     
  • PREFLEX does not tolerate money laundering or the financing of terrorism. Therefore, validation procedures and checks against national and international restrictive lists are incorporated into our hiring and contracting processes with employees, suppliers, contractors, and third parties. 
     
  • We participate in public and government procurement processes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We do not offer bribes, directly or indirectly, to obtain contracts or commercial advantages. We rely on the quality of our products and services to compete ethically and transparently.
